Ways to avoid being arrow

Don't you guys think why everytime keep being arrow to do stuff? ya?? feel sian right why everytime arrow me ... zzzz LOL am here to share some tip to avoid it! Here a few

DON'T stay around those people when you know there's shit work to do(they see you they aim & fire it)
Try to act busy(ya helping this doing that cant really say don't want cause their your boss)
Use others people as shield to protect yourself(abit bad to use others to save yourself but rate to avoid arrows quite high)
Fight till the end(Try to fight back if can.. if cant lanlan kanna shot)
lastly don't let people think that ya damn free.

Is like a game of war sometime you win sometime you lose ... so how are you going to play it??
